POLICE CLEARANCE


Instructions for the Houston Police Department Police Clearance:

  1. Fill out the Houston Police Department Clearance Application Form completely, giving particular attention to your phone number, length of residence in Houston, including month and year, and the reason for the clearance.

  2. Fill out our Houston Police Clearance Order Form.

  3. You must include a photocopy of a VALID driver's license, Texas identification card, birth certificate or passport. Expired licenses, identification cards and passports will NOT be accepted.

  4. If you have ever been arrested by Houston Police Department, you must include a legible set of fingerprints.

RETURN FEDERAL EXPRESS:

$20.00 per address (up to three passports)
$25.00 per address (four to six passports)
$32.00 per address (to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, or Saturday delivery)
