INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT

FOR U.S. DRIVER'S LICENSE HOLDERS

For U.S. DRIVER'S LICENSE HOLDERS , the following are required to apply for an International Driver License:

1. International Driving Permit Application Kit for U.S. Driver's License Holder, completed, signed and dated by the applicant. (All information on the application form MUST match the copy of your U.S. driver's license, i.e. Home address, name, etc)

2. One 2 x" 2"passport size photograph.

3. A clear copy of your valid U.S. driver's license, front and back.
