PASSPORT RENEWAL

You may use Application for U.S. Passport by Mail (DS-82) if you:

Can submit your most recent U.S. passport; AND
Were at least 16 years old when your most recent U.S. passport was issued; AND
Were issued your most recent U.S. passport less than 15 years ago; AND
Were issued your most recent U.S. passport that was valid for 10 years; AND
Are using the same name on your most recent U.S. passport; or have had your name changed by marriage or court order and can submit proper documentation to reflect your name change.

REQUIREMENTS:

Your current or most recent passport. (Passport MUST be signed.)
Application for U.S. Passport by Mail (DS-82).
Two Letters of Authorization. These are form letters authorizing our company to process your passport request.
Passport Processing Order Form.
Two identical color photographs, 2" x 2" in size, with a plain white background and taken less than six months ago.
For the processing time of less than two weeks, you will need to provide an itinerary or copy of your air tickets that reflect a destination outside of the U.S. If you are requesting same or next day processing, you must show a departure date within 5 business days from date of your application. (Please contact us if you are requesting a passport renewal to be processed same or next day for complete details.)
