We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All credit card payments are subject to a 3% or $3 charge, whichever is greater. We also accept money orders, company and personal checks payable in U.S. dollars only and made out to Passports Plus, Inc. The charge for returned check is $25.00 per check.
In the case where an application or request is denied by the U.S. State Department or embassy/consulate, service fees are non-refundable. Some embassies/consulates will retain the fees paid to them when the application is rejected.
