BRITISH PASSPORTS

We are a private visa and passport expediting company, NOT the British Embassy. If you use our service, there is a service fee over and above the embassy fee, plus a return shipping fee.

1. Application Form - Select the appropriate application kit:

   Application Kit for a UK Passport for Applicants Age 16 and Over (Form C1)
   Application Kit for a UK Passport for Children Under Age 16 (Form C2)

   
   

   If you have lost your British passport, you must also complete Form LS01.

2. ORIGINAL proof of British citizenship (e.g. expired/expiring UK passport, or full long form UK birth certificate issued within 3 months from time of birth.)

3. Two recent 2" x 2" full-faced color photographs with a light, plain background and taken less than 6 months ago. The face must be square to the camera with the mouth closed (teeth cannot be shown). Do not smile or grin in the photo as this will distort the normal facial features. One of the photographs must be countersigned by the person who has also countersigned the application. Applicant's relatives and notary public will not be accepted as countersignatory. 4. Copy of US permanent resident card, US visa, or US passport.

5. If you have changed your name since the issuance of the last passport, provide the original court order, marriage certificate, or divorce decree.

6. Letter of Consent - Applicants aged between 16 and 18 must have written parental consent for the issue of a new passport.

7. Fees:

Embassy Fee:

Form C1: $212.00 per person (32 page passport)

Form C1: $256.00 per person (48 page passport)

Form C2: $135.00 per person




Service Fee:

$69.00 per person (6 week processing)

$119.00 per person (2 to 3 week processing)



Processing may take longer for applying for first time application, replacement for a lost passport, or renewing an old style blue passport or red passport that has expired for more than 10 years.




Return FedEx Express:

$25.00 per address (up to 3 passports)

$30.00 per address (4 - 6 passports)

$38.00 per address (to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, or Saturday delivery)

NOTE:

• If you are renewing a red British passport that has expired for more than ten years, or renewing an old style blue British passport, you must submit your original birth certificate, a photocopy of state issued ID and a letter from the countersignatory on business letterhead certifying your identity.

• If your passport has been lost or stolen or is unavailable you must provide the address at which you were living when the passport was first issued, the next of kin details included on your previous passport application form and the name of the person who countersigned the original application. For additional identification purposes please send your US passport or an enlarged clear copy (front and back) of your US Alien Registration Card and driving license (if held).
