VISA FOR ANGOLA

  1. ACTUAL PASSPORT

    You must send your actual passport. The visa will be stamped on a page in your passport. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity left beyond your intended stay, and must have at least TWO blank visa pages side by side. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.

  4. TWO PHOTOGRAPHS

    Each applicant should submit two identical color photographs. Photographs should be 2" x 2" in size, taken against a plain white background. Snapshots or computer pictures will not be accepted.

  5. LETTER OF INVITATION

    Letter of invitation from the host in Angola is required. The invitation may be in original, fax or email, but should show origin. The letter must be addressed to SECTOR CONSULAR DA EMBAIXADA DA REPÚBLICA DE ANGOLA EM WASHINGTON, D.C.

  6. ITINERARY

    Flight Itinerary or copies of your round trip air tickets is required.

  7. PROOF OF SUFFICIENT FUND

    Proof of sufficient funds such as a copy of recent bank statement (US$100.00 per day).

  8. PROOF OF U.S. STATUS (For non-U.S. citizen only)

    Non-U.S. citizen should submit proof of U.S. status (e.g. copy of U.S. permanent resident card or copy of U.S. visa).

  9. BUSINESS LETTER (For Business only)

    Applicants applying for a business visa should submit a business letter from the U.S. based company explaining the purpose of the visit.

  10. CONSULATE FEE

    $141.00 per visa - Single or Double Entry

  11. SERVICE FEE

    $39.00 per visa

    Processing time takes approximately 10 business days for oil-related travel. For others, processing time takes between 4 to 8 weeks.

  12. RETURN FEDEX EXPRESS

    $23.00 per address (up to 3 passports)
    $28.00 per address (4 to 6 passports)
    $35.00 per address (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or Saturday Delivery)
