VISA FOR ANGOLA

The following requirements apply to resident of states listed below:

1. ACTUAL PASSPORT

   You must send your actual passport. The visa will be stamped on a page in your passport. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity left beyond your intended stay, and must have at least TWO blank visa pages side by side. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.

2. TWO VISA APPLICATION FORMS FOR ANGOLA

3. VISA PROCESSING ORDER FORM

4. TWO PHOTOGRAPHS

   Each applicant should submit two identical color photographs. Photographs should be 2" x 2" in size, taken against a plain white background. Snapshots or computer pictures will not be accepted.

5. LETTER OF INVITATION

   Letter of invitation from the host in Angola is required.

6. ITINERARY

   Flight Itinerary or copies of your round trip air tickets is required.

7. VACCINATION FOR YELLOW FEVER

   International certificate of vaccination for yellow fever is required.

8. PROOF OF SUFFICIENT FUND

   Proof of sufficient funds such as a copy of recent bank statement (US$100.00 per day).

9. PROOF OF U.S. STATUS (For non-U.S. citizen only)

   Non-U.S. citizen should submit proof of U.S. status (e.g. copy of U.S. permanent resident card or copy of U.S. visa).

10. BUSINESS LETTER (For Business only)

    Applicants applying for a business visa should submit a business letter from the U.S. based company explaining the purpose of the visit.

11. CONSULATE FEE

    $141.00 per visa - Single or Double Entry

    Please note that Consulate of Angola accepts visa applications on Monday and Wednesday only. Pick up is on Friday.

12. SERVICE FEE

    $39.00 per visa

    Processing time takes 6 business days.

13. RETURN FEDEX EXPRESS

    $23.00 per address (up to 3 passports)
    $28.00 per address (4 to 6 passports)
    $35.00 per address (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or Saturday Delivery)
