VISA FOR BAHRAIN

The following are the requirements for a U.S. passport holder to obtain a visa to Bahrain:

FOR TOURIST VISA:

  1. Your valid U.S. passport. You must have at least 6 months of validity left on the passport beyond your intended stay in Bahrain. You must have at least one blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.

  2. One Visa Application Form for Bahrain, completed in full. If the visa application is not completely filled out, signed and dated, we will not be able to submit your documents to the embassy, which will result in significant delays in the processing time.

  3. One 2" x 2" passport type photograph.

  4. Flight itinerary or copies of your round trip air tickets.

  5. Letter from applicant addressed to The Embassy of Bahrain explaining the purpose of the trip and an itinerary of things you will be doing while in Bahrain.

  6. Complete our Visa Processing Order Form.

FOR BUSINESS VISA, ALL OF THE ABOVE, BUT ADD:

  1. One Business Letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

NOTE: For tourism or business travel, applications for minors must be accompanied by a notarized letter of consent from BOTH parents, along with a photocopy of each parents passports.

VISA VALIDITY:

Tourist or business visa for Bahrain is usually valid for five years from date of issue for multiple entries, for a period of stay not to exceed 30 days each entry.

The Embassy of Bahrain accepts visa applications on Mondays and Tuesdays only.

Tourist: $39.00
Business: $39.00
Same or next day processing: $100.00

RETURN FEDERAL EXPRESS:

$23.00 per address (up to three passports)
$28.00 per address (four to six passports)
$35.00 per address (to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, or Saturday delivery)

We recommend that you send all of the required documents via a traceable, overnight delivery service, such as Federal Express.
