VISA FOR BANGLADESH
The following are the requirements for a U.S. passport holder to obtain a visa to Bangladesh:
FOR TOURIST VISA:
Your valid U.S. passport. You must have at least 6 months of validity left on the passport beyond your intended stay in Bangladesh. You must have at least one blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.
Two Visa Application Forms for Bangladesh and one Visa Processing Order Form, completed in full. If the visa application is not completely filled out, signed and dated, we will not be able to submit your documents to the embassy, which will result in significant delays in the processing time.
Three 2" x 2" passport type photographs.
Copy of round trip tickets or travel itinerary..
FOR BUSINESS VISA, ALL OF THE ABOVE, BUT ADD:

visa for Bangladesh is usually issued for multiple entry, valid for the period
of 6 months to 3 years at the Embassy's discretion. The maximum length of stay
per entry is 30 days.
