VISA FOR BENIN

The following are the requirements for a U.S. passport holder* to obtain a visa to Benin:

FOR TOURIST VISA:

  1. Your valid U.S. passport. You must have at least 6 months of validity left on the passport beyond your intended stay in Benin. You must have at least one blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.

  2. One Visa Application Form for Benin, completed in full. If the visa application is not completely filled out, signed and dated, we will not be able to submit your documents to the embassy, which will result in significant delays in the processing time.

  3. One 2" x 2" passport type photograph.

  4. Flight itinerary or copies of round trip tickets.

  5. International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.

  6. Complete our Visa Processing Order Form.

FOR BUSINESS VISA, ALL OF THE ABOVE, BUT ADD:

  1. One Business Letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

VISA VALIDITY:

Tourist or Business visas for Benin is usually valid for single or multiple entry up to three years, and for stay not to exceed 30 days per entry.

RETURN FEDERAL EXPRESS:

$25.00 per address (four to six passports)
$32.00 per address (to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, or Saturday delivery)
