VISA FOR BOLIVIA
The following are the requirements for obtaining a visa to Bolivia:
FOR TOURIST VISA:
Your actual passport. You must have at least 6 months of validity left on the passport beyond your intended stay in Bolivia. You must have at least one blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.
One Tourist Visa Application Form for Bolivia, completed in full. If the visa application is not completely filled out, signed and dated, we will not be able to submit your documents to the embassy, which will result in significant delays in the processing time.
One 2" x 2" passport type photograph.
Hotel confirmation. If staying with friends or relatives in Bolivia, letter of invitation and copy of I.D. from the inviting parties in Bolivia.
Copy of travel itinerary.
Proof of sufficient fund (e.g. copy of recent bank statement).
International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever (except for minors under 6 years of age).
For non-U.S. citizen, provide proof of U.S. status (e.g. copy of U.S. visa or permanent resident card).

FOR BUSINESS VISA:

Business Letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.
International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever (except for minors under 6 years of age).

Visas for Bolivia are usually valid for five years, up to three entries per year, up to 90 days per entry.

Tourist Visa: $100.00 per vis
Business Visa: $85.00 per visa
24 hour processing available for additional $30.00 to the consulate.

RETURN FEDERAL EXPRESS:
$23.00 per address (up to three passports)
$28.00 per address (four to six passports)
$35.00 per address (to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, or Saturday delivery)
We recommend that you send all of the required documents via a traceable, overnight delivery service, such as Federal Express.
