VISA FOR BURKINA FASO

The following are the requirements to obtain a visa to Burkina Faso:

FOR TOURIST VISA:

  1. Your actual passport. You must have at least 6 months of validity left on the passport beyond your intended stay in Burkina Faso. You must have at least one blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.

  2. Two Visa Application Forms for Burkina Faso, completed in full. If the visa application is not completely filled out, signed and dated, we will not be able to submit your documents to the embassy, which will result in significant delays in the processing time.

  3. Two 2" x 2" passport type photographs.

  4. Flight itinerary or copies of your air tickets.

  5. Proof of Vaccination Certificate for Yellow Fever.

  6. Non-U.S. citizen should provide proof of U.S. status (e.g. copy of U.S. green card or U.S. visa).

  7. Complete our Visa Processing Order Form.

FOR BUSINESS VISA, ALL OF THE ABOVE, BUT ADD:

  1. One Business Letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

6 Month Multiple Entry (for non-U.S. citzien): $60.00 per visa
12 Month Multiple Entry (for non-U.S. citizen): $150.00 per visa

3 day rush processing available for an additional $50.00 to the Embassy.

RETURN FEDERAL EXPRESS:

$20.00 per address (up to three passports)
$25.00 per address (four to six passports)
$32.00 per address (to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, or Saturday delivery)
