VISA FOR CAPE VERDE

1. ACTUAL PASSPORT

   You must send your actual passport. The visa will be stamped on a page in your passport. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity left beyond your intended stay, and must have at least 2 blank visa pages side by side. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.

4. PHOTOGRAPH

   Each applicant should submit one color photograph. Photograph should be 2" x 2" in size, taken against a plain white background. Snapshot or computer picture will not be accepted.

5. TRAVEL ITINERARY

   Provide a copy of your flight itinerary or copy of the round trip tickets.

6. PROOF OF U.S. STATUS (For non-U.S. citizen only)

   Non-U.S. citizen should submit proof of U.S. status (e.g. photocopy of U.S. permanent resident card or photocopy of U.S. visa.)

7. BUSINESS LETTER (For Business only)

   Provide a business letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

8. EMBASSY FEE

   $59.15 per visa - Single entry valid for 3 months, for stay up to 30 days
   $113.76 per visa - Multiple entry valid for 5 years from date of issue. First entry must be made within 3 months of issue date. Maximum length of stay is determined by immigration officers upon arrival.

9. SERVICE FEE

   $39.00 per visa - 5 business day processing
   $100.00 per visa - 2 business day processing

10. RETURN FEDEX EXPRESS

    $23.00 per address (up to 3 passports)
    $28.00 per address (4 to 6 passports)
    $35.00 per address (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or Saturday Delivery)
