VISA FOR THE CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC

The following are the requirements for a U.S. passport holder* to obtain a visa to The Central African Republic:

FOR TOURIST VISA:

  1. Your valid U.S. passport. You must have at least 6 months of validity left on the passport beyond your intended stay in The Central African Republic. You must have at least one blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.

  2. Two Visa Application Forms for The Central African Republic, completed in full. If the visa application is not completely filled out, signed and dated, we will not be able to submit your documents to the embassy, which will result in significant delays in the processing time.

  3. Two 2" x 2" passport type photographs.

  4. A letter from applicant's employer confirming that the applicant will return to the United States to resume duties after the visit OR a letter from airline or travel organization guaranteeing onward return air ticket.

  5. Copy of Vaccination Certificate for Yellow Fever.

  6. Complete our Visa Processing Order Form.

FOR BUSINESS VISA, ALL OF THE ABOVE, BUT ADD:

  1. One Business Letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

VISA VALIDITY:

Tourist or business visa for Central African Republic is usually valid for multiple entries for one year from date of issue, for a period of stay not to exceed 90 days.

RETURN FEDERAL EXPRESS:

$20.00 per address (up to three passports)
$25.00 per address (four to six passports)
$32.00 per address (to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, or Saturday delivery)
