VISA FOR FRANCE

U.S. Citizens

U.S. Citizens do not need visas for short stays (up to 90 days) in France, except in the following cases:

• Holders of diplomatic or official passports on mission;
• Crew members;
• Journalists on assignment.

For the following applicants, they must submit a Visa Application for France, a valid passport + 1 copy, a cover letter from the appropriate US agency or embassy or from their company:

• U.S. students enrolled in schools and universities in France;
• Artists, researchers and anyone having a paid activity in France.

• Malaysia

*Citizens of these countries need a visa if they are to receive a salary in France.
