VISA FOR GHANA

  1. ACTUAL PASSPORT

    You must send your actual passport. PASSPORT MUST BE SIGNED. The visa will be stamped on a page in your passport. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity left beyond your intended stay, and must have at least 2 blank visa pages side by side. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.

  2. FOUR VISA APPLICATION FORMS FOR GHANA

  4. FOUR PHOTOGRAPHS

    Each applicant should submit four identical color photographs. Photographs should be 2" x 2" in size, taken against a plain white background. Snapshots or computer pictures will not be accepted.

  5. FLIGHT ITINERARY

    Provide a copy of flight itinerary or copy of round trip tickets.

  6. VACCINATION FOR YELLOW FEVER

    Vaccination certificate for yellow fever is required.

  7. PROOF OF U.S. STATUS (For non-U.S. citizen only)

    Non-U.S. citizen should submit proof of U.S. status (e.g. photocopy of U.S. permanent resident card or photocopy of U.S. visa.)

  8. BUSINESS LETTER (For Business only)

    Provide a business letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

  9. CONSULATE FEE

    $50.00 per visa - 3 month single entry
    $80.00 per visa - 1 year multiple entry

    Regular processing takes 10 business days.
    Rush processing available for additional $30.00 to the consulate.

  10. SERVICE FEE

    $39.00 per visa - 10 business day processing
    $75.00 per visa - 24 hour processing
    $100.00 per visa - Same day processing

  11. RETURN FEDEX EXPRESS

    $23.00 per address (up to 3 passports)
    $28.00 per address (4 to 6 passports)
    $35.00 per address (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or Saturday Delivery)
