VISA FOR PERU
The following are the requirements for a U.S. passport holder* to obtain a visa to Peru:
FOR TOURIST VISA:
U.S. passport holders* do not require a visa for tourism, and can stay up to 90 days.
FOR BUSINESS VISA:
Your valid U.S. passport. You must have at least 6 months of validity left on the passport beyond your intended stay in Peru. You must have at least one blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.
Two Visa Application Forms for Peru in Microsoft Word format, completed in full. If the visa application is not completely filled out, signed and dated, we will not be able to submit your documents to the embassy, which will result in significant delays in the processing time. You must include signature, thumb print and photo on Section 3 of each application.
Two 2" x 2" passport type photographs.
Flight itinerary or copy of round trip tickets.
Original police clearance.
Business Letter in Spanish on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.
Letter of Invitation in Spanish from the host company in Peru.

VISA VALIDITY:
Business visa for Peru is usually issued for a single entry within three months from date of issue, for stay not to exceed 90 days.

3 Month Single Entry: $30.00 per visa
Processing Time: 4 Business Days
SERVICE FEE:
Regular processing: $39.00 per visa
Same or next day processing: $100.00 per visa
RETURN
FEDERAL EXPRESS:
$23.00 per address (up to three passports)
$28.00 per address (four to six passports or overweight package)
$35.00 per address (to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, or Saturday delivery)
