VISA FOR PAPUA NEW GUINEA

  1. ACTUAL PASSPORT

    You must send your actual passport. The visa will be stamped on a page in your passport. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity left beyond your intended stay, and must have at least TWO blank visa pages side by side. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.

  4. PHOTOGRAPH

    Each applicant should submit one 2" x 2" color photograph. Photo must be in good quality and are taken against a plain white background. Snapshots or computer generated photos will not be accepted.

  5. TRAVEL ITINERARY

    Submit a copy of flight itinerary or copy of round trip tickets.

  6. PROOF OF U.S. STATUS (For non-U.S. citizen only)

    Non-U.S. citizen should submit proof of U.S. status (e.g. copy of U.S. permanent resident card or copy of U.S. visa).

  7. BRIEF REPORT ON HOST COMPANY (For Business only)

    A brief report on Papua New Guinea based company or on-going business in Papua New Guinea.

  8. ANNUAL REPORT ON PARENT COMPANY (For Business only)

    Provide a recent annual report of parent company.

  9. RESUME (For Business only)

    Provide a complete resume of the applicant.

  10. BUSINESS LETTER (For Business only)

    Applicants applying for a business visa should submit a business letter from the U.S. based company explaining the purpose of the visit.

  11. CONSULATE FEE

    $25.00 per visa - Tourist Single Entry
    $256.50 per visa - Business Single or Multiple Entry

    Single entry visa for Papua New Guinea is valid for 6 months from date of issue, for a stay up to 3 weeks. Multiple entry visa is valid for one year from date of issue.

    $39.00 per visa - 7 to 10 business day processing
    $100.00 per visa - 2 business day processing
