VISA FOR QATAR

  1. ACTUAL PASSPORT

    You must send your actual passport. The visa will be stamped on a page in your passport. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity left beyond your intended stay, and must have at least TWO blank visa pages side by side. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.

  3. TWO PHOTOGRAPHS

    Each applicant should submit two 2" x 2" color photographs. Photos must be with a plain white background. Photocopy of picture from passport will not be accepted.

  4. TWO COPIES OF PASSPORT

    Submit two copies of the vital page of passport.

  5. FLIGHT ITINERARY

    Provide a copy of flight itinerary or copy of round trip tickets.

  6. PROOF OF U.S. STATUS (For Canadian citizen only)

    Consulate of Qatar accepts visa applications from citizen of U.S. or Canada only. Canadian citizen should submit proof of U.S. status (e.g. copy of U.S. permanent resident card or copy of U.S. visa).

  7. BUSINESS LETTER (For Business only)

    Applicants applying for a business visa should submit a business letter from the U.S. based company explaining the purpose of the visit.

  8. LETTER OF INVITATION (For Business only)

    Letter of invitation from the host organization is required.

  9. CONSULATE FEE

    $28.00 per visa - Tourist single entry valid for 3 months
    $131.00 per visa - Tourist multiple entry valid for 1 to 10 years at the consulate's discretion
    $56.00 per visa - Business single entry valid for 3 months
    $131.00 per visa - Business multiple entry valid for 1 to 10 years at the consulate's discretion

  10. SERVICE FEE

    $39.00 per visa - 5 business day processing

  11. RETURN FEDEX EXPRESS

    $23.00 per address (up to 3 passports)
    $28.00 per address (4 to 6 passports)
    $35.00 per address (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or Saturday Delivery)
