VISA FOR QATAR

The following are the requirements for a U.S. passport holder* to obtain a visa to Qatar:

FOR TOURIST VISA:

  1. Your valid U.S. passport. You must have at least 6 months of validity left on the passport beyond your intended stay in Qatar. You must have at least one blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.

  2. One Visa Application Form for Qatar, completed in full. If the visa application is not completely filled out, signed and dated, we will not be able to submit your documents to the embassy, which will result in significant delays in the processing time.

  3. Two 2" x 2" passport type photographs.

  4. Two copies of passport.

  5. Flight itinerary or copies of your round trip air tickets.

  6. Complete ourVisa Processing Order Form.

FOR BUSINESS VISA, ALL OF THE ABOVE, BUT ADD:

  1. Business Letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

  2. Letter of Invitation from the host company in Qatar.

VISA VALIDITY:

Visas for Qatar are usually issued for single entry. Multiple entry is available for business visa only.

Tourist Single Entry: $28.00 per visa
Business Single Entry: $55.00 per visa
Business Multiple Entry: $131.00 per visa
Processing Time: 5 business days

SERVICE FEE:

Tourist: $39.00 per visa
Business: $39.00 per visa

RETURN FEDERAL EXPRESS:

$23.00 per address (up to three passports)
$28.00 per address (four to six passports or overweight package)
$35.00 per address (to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, or Saturday delivery)

We recommend that you send all of the required documents via a traceable, overnight delivery service, such as Federal Express.
