VISA FOR THE REPUBLIC OF CONGO (BRAZZAVILLE)

The following are the requirements for a U.S. passport holder* to obtain a visa to The Republic of Congo:

FOR TOURIST VISA:

  1. Your valid U.S. passport. You must have at least 6 months of validity left on the passport beyond your intended stay in The Republic of Congo. You must have at least one blank visa page. Amendment pages do not count.

  2. Two Visa Application Forms for The Republic of Congo, completed in full. If the visa application is not completely filled out, signed and dated, we will not be able to submit your documents to the embassy, which will result in significant delays in the processing time.

  3. Two 2" x 2" passport type photographs.

  4. Flight itinerary or copies of your round trip air tickets.

  5. Proof of Vaccination Certificate for Yellow Fever if arriving from infected area within 5 days.

  6. Complete our Visa Processing Order Form.

FOR BUSINESS VISA, ALL OF THE ABOVE, BUT ADD:

  1. One Business Letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

VISA VALIDITY:

Tourist or business visa for Republic of Congo is usually valid for three months from date of issue, for a stay not to exceed 30 days.

CONSULATE FEE:

3 Month Multiple Entry: $120.00 per visa
Processing Time: 4 Business Days

SERVICE FEE:

Tourist: $39.00 per visa
Business: $39.00 per visa
Same or next day processing: $100.00 per visa

RETURN FEDERAL EXPRESS:

$20.00 per address (up to three passports)
$25.00 per address (four to six passports or overweight package)
$32.00 per address (to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, or Saturday delivery)
