BUSINESS VISA FOR RUSSIA
To apply for a business visa to Russia, please mail the following documents to:

Your original U.S. passport. You must have at least three months of validity left on the passport beyond your intended stay in Russia. You must have at least TWO blank visa pages. Amendment pages do not count. Click here for details to add pages on existing passport, to renew a passport, or more.
One Visa Application Form for Russia for U.S. CITIZEN or Visa Application Form for Russia for NON-U.S. CITIZEN, completed in full, giving particular attention to your entry and exit dates into and out of Russia. IF VISA APPLICATION IS LEFT INCOMPLETE, AN ADDITIONAL $20.00 SERVICE FEE (PER FORM) WILL BE CHARGED TO COMPLETE THE FORM.
One 2" x 2" passport type photograph.
Non U.S. citizen must provide proof of U.S. status (e.g. copy of U.S. permanent resident card or U.S. visa) and proof of health insurance (e.g. copy of health insurance card).
Letter of Invitation from Hosting Organization in Russia. The Hosting Organization must be from the Russian Foreign Ministry. If you do not have a letter of invitation, we can obtain this for you. Click here for Instructions for Business Invitation for Russia. Please note that original invitation is required for one year multiple entry visa.
HIV/AIDS screen is no longer required for obtaining a business visa for Russia. However, if you apply for a work or student visa, a recent HIV/AIDS screen with a negative result must be submitted. The HIV/AIDS test should be taken within three months.
