VISA FOR TANZANIA

  1. ACTUAL PASSPORT

    You must send your actual passport. Passport must be signed. The visa will be stamped on a page in your passport. Your passport must have at least 6 months of validity left beyond your intended stay, and must have at least 2 blank visa pages side by side. Amendment pages (pages 22, 23 and 24) do not count.

  4. TWO PHOTOGRAPHS

    Each applicant should submit two color photographs. Photographs should be 2" x 2" in size, taken against a plain white background. Snapshots or computer pictures will not be accepted.

  5. TRAVEL ITINERARY

    Provide a copy of your flight itinerary or copy of the round trip tickets.

  6. VACCINATION (If applicable)

    Yellow fever vaccination is required only for those from, or those who have visited yellow fever endemic countries.

  7. PROOF OF SUFFICIENT FUND

    A copy of recent bank statement is required as proof of sufficient fund for your trip.

  8. CONSENT LETTER (For Minors only)

    For minors under age 18, submit a letter from the parents giving permission to the minors to travel. The letter must be notarized.

  9. PROOF OF U.S. STATUS (For non-U.S. citizen only)

    Non-U.S. citizen should submit proof of U.S. status (e.g. photocopy of U.S. permanent resident card or photocopy of U.S. visa.)

  10. BUSINESS LETTER (For Business only)

    Provide a business letter on company letterhead giving details of the nature of visit, including the dates of stay, hotel information and addresses, organization to be visited and a financial guarantee from the company, signed by a senior manager.

  11. EMBASSY FEE

    U.S. Citizen:

    $100.00 per visa - Tourist/Business one year multiple entry

    Non-U.S. Citizen:

    $50.00 per visa - Tourist/Business 3 month single entry

    Regular processing takes approximately 10 business days. 3 day rush available for additional $20.00 to the embassy.

  12. SERVICE FEE

    $29.00 per visa - 10 business day processing
    $75.00 per visa - 3 business day processing

  13. RETURN FEDEX EXPRESS

    $23.00 per address (up to 3 passports)
    $28.00 per address (4 to 6 passports)
    $35.00 per address (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or Saturday Delivery)
